Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Grassroots Community Governance from the Perspective of Smart Communities——Taking Binwang Community in Yiwu City as an Example

Abstract: Based on the construction practice of "smart community", this paper conducts theoretical discussion and practical analysis on the governance dilemma of smart community in Yiwu City. Based on the innovative research of "Internet plus" community governance, by comparing with the traditional community governance model, this paper visits the future community in Yiwu to understand its advantages and disadvantages, and analyzes the transformation of community governance from traditional to information-based in the perspective of smart community in the construction of "smart community", At present, the "digital" and "internet-based" community governance methods are gradually being implemented, and a comprehensive "intelligence" has not yet been formed. In the process of continuously moving towards artificial intelligence in community governance, there are still many unresolved shortcomings.
