Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, international intellectual property cooperation and protection has become the focus of attention of all countries. As the world's second largest economy, China is playing an increasingly important role in international intellectual property cooperation. From the perspective of China, this paper analyzes the legal framework and strategy of international intellectual property cooperation. First, the paper summarizes the status quo and challenges of China's participation in international intellectual property cooperation. Secondly, China's legal framework in international IP cooperation, including domestic laws and international treaties, is discussed in depth. Thirdly, it analyzes China's strategic considerations in international intellectual property cooperation, such as technology transfer, intellectual property protection and assistance. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for China to deepen international IPR cooperation in the future. This paper believes that China should continue to improve the legal framework of international intellectual property cooperation, actively participate in global intellectual property governance, and promote the construction of a balanced, inclusive and win-win international intellectual property order.
