Global vision research是由新加坡图文科学出版社主办，由中国知网收录的一本国际性期刊。本刊是经过同行评审的开放获取期刊，存档于新加坡国家图书馆，致力于发表工程基础理论、工程技术应用、工程设备与材料、工程设计与管理、工程建设与评价、工程研究述评的开放性国际期刊，欢迎冶金、建筑、机械、计算机、化工、电力、交通等行业专业人员积极投稿，共建工程技术研究发展的良好交流平台。①期刊为OA期刊，但作者拥有文章的版权；②所发表文章能够被分享、再次使用并免费归档；③以开放获取为指导方针，期刊将成为极具影响力的国际期刊；为作者提供即时审稿服务，即在确保文字质量最优的前提下，在最短时间内完成审稿流程。

编辑政策

编辑人员应遵守国家相关法律法规，坚持社会主义核心价值观，保持高度的职业操守，公正、客观、严谨地处理稿件，严禁任何形式的学术不端行为。需制定明确的选标准，依据学术价值、创新性、实用性等因素审理稿件，并建立科学的审稿机制，确保稿件质量。应负责对稿件进行专业的编辑加工，包括语言文字的润色、事实的核实、数据的校验等，确保发表文章的质量符合标准。定期接受专业培训，提高业务水平，跟上学术发展的步伐。

投稿政策

包括投稿的格式要求，如文章结构、引用格式、图片和表格的标准等；此外还有关于抄袭、重复发表的界定和处理办法。

出版政策

包括文章出版费用（如开放获取出版费用）、版面费政策、文章处理费用的政策等。一些期刊可能提供快速通道或加急服务，但这通常需要额外的费用。
